we created an outbound invoice and the payload ID was generated; however it fails with this message :

Error when calling Web service CO_ARBFND_PRX_INVC_OUT

is that due to SOAManager setup missing - pls advice where we can troubleshoot the error here.

Activate trace in SRT_UTIL, this should help. You could also check system (SM21) and application (SLG1) log. If you have more details, posts them here!
