Hi there,
Another suggestion..
When users become defective there is a number of reasons that can
account for this. There is a note 548862 (FAQ: EBP user administration)
that goes into detail on how to repair, delete and remake defective
users.
Also, just to clarify that even though note 550055 states that it
is for HR replication, alot of the notes are in fact essential for the
proper workings of the organisational structure. It is usually a case
that it is advised to apply all the relevant notes (relevant to your
system) included within 550055 incase of problems with users
within the organisational structure.
Hope this helps,
Kind Regards,
Matthew

Hi
Please cancel the shopping cart if it is not neccessary or process it completely (statistically if business allows) and then reassign to other org. unit.
Thanks and Regards

Hello,
What is your SRM release ?
Your problem should come from duplicated entries in BUT050 or BUT052 tables after changes assignment for your user in PPOMA_BBP transaction.
Use the web transaction BBPUSERMAINT instead of drag-and-drop in PPOMA_BBP.
You also can check OSS note 785802 - PPOMA_BBP: 'Defective' users in EBP.
Regards.
Laurent.
