Error "Unknown command" when returning to SRM

Hi experts,

we use SRM 7.0 with NWBC.

I'm trying to add a new vendor punch out catalog to the system (OCI 3.0). Calling the catalog works fine, but when transferring the shopping cart items from the catalog to SRM, I sometimes receive the following error:

Error while processing your request!

What has happened?

The call of URL http://*****/sap/bc/nwbc/srm//sap/bc/webdynpro/sapsrm/wda_l_fpm_gaf;sap-ext-sid=KjLFUmrO353X08002ae4...20140115153835_sap-wd-tstamp=20140115153835 has been terminated due to an error.

The following error occurred in system *** : Unknown command ("%2fsap%2fbc%2fwebdynpro%2fsapsrm%2fwda_l_fpm_gaf%3bsap-ext-sid%3dKjLFUmrO353X08002ae4DG--

The error occurred on application server ***** and in work process 1 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

The ABAP call hierarchy was:

Any Ideas why this appears? What's strange - I always order the same item - sometimes I get the error - sometimes the transfer to SRM works fine!

Hi Werner,

SRM 7.0 can use only OCI 4.0 and higher. Please see the note 1287412
