Hello Experts ,
We have SRM 7.13 with classic scenario and MDM is connected to it to have internal catalogs for creation of shopping carts.
Steps we are following
1) Log in with user ( employee)
2) Go to Shop
3) Select MDM catalog
4) Select the line item and click on add to cart
5) check item and click on TRANSFER TO CART
6) after this we are getting pop up message on screen
"purchasing organization for follow-on document missing"
PFA screen shot. We were able to create SC before some days back.
When we checked the SLG1 log we can see that message marked with GREEN ( means no issue ) " Contract xxxxxxxx is not found "
My question further is contract created for intenal catalog in ECC what sysem is trying to match here and how??
Notes-
-P Org unit is corect in POSA_BBP
- Responsibility tabs are filled correctly for MG code and Organisational nodes
- User is within validity dates
- WF_BATCH user is having sufficiant authorisations
- All SRM tables are having correct backend system and so in ECC also.
- valid contract with product cateory is already there in ECC.
I checked the availble threads on SDN on the same issue but not very useful.
Request clarification before answering.

Check for the attributes consistency, some times it will be the issue. Also run the program HRALXSYNC for the user and the attributes. You will get to know what will be the issue, reply back.
