Hi
We have SAP ERP EHP8 and SRM. A service contract is transferred from SRM to ERP, with which a service PO (item category D) should be created. A short text description + material group is used instead of creating a service master. Pricing procedure is standard MS0000/MS0001 without modification. The following error message is popping out at selecting the services from contract item.
====================
NA SE477
Conditions for service price determination incomplete Diagnosis Either the calculation schema for services does not exist or the condition types have not been defined correctly. Procedure Please check your Customizing settings for service conditions. If you have not yet defined any conditions for services, you can adopt
the standard SAP settings from client 0.

I have checked a few discussions in the forum and also notes regarding unit and entries in table T162V. They all look good. At the same time, if I just create a service contract in ERP and use it as a reference to create PO - everything is fine. Table EKKO/EKPO doesn't show any difference between those contracts. Not sure where to look into... any input would be appreciated

Request clarification before answering.
In the customization /nSPRO ---> Integration with Other mySAP.com Components --->Supplier Relationship Management--->Central Contract ---> Price Calculation.
set the value to option 2 and check the issue.
Best regards,
Myra
