Error Message in PI while sending the PO from ERP to Ariba

Dear All,

We have been receiving error in PI when we are trying to send PO from ERP to Aribs. The Error we receives is mentioned below

" Mapping "http://ariba.com/xi/ASN/PurchaseOrder/IFM_ORDERS_ORDERS05_2_cXML" failed to execute: MappingException: Mapping failed in runtimeApplication mapping program com/ariba/asc/sap/netweaver/xiadapter/javamappings/OutboundAttachmentHandler throws a stream transformation exception: OutboundAttachmentHandler Exception - Attachment Download Status Code404, ApplicationException: Application mapping program com/ariba/asc/sap/netweaver/xiadapter/javamappings/OutboundAttachmentHandler throws a stream transformation exception: OutboundAttachmentHandler Exception - Attachment Download Status Code404, StreamTransformationException: OutboundAttachmentHandler Exception - Attachment Download Status Code404"

Can anyone suggest what will be probable cause of this issue and what will be solution for this?
