Error message COM_PR_PUR_1 000 for BDoc type PRODUCT_MAT in SMW01

Hello,

While replicating R/3 material data to SRM in delta mode (or in synchronization mode using request), we have for a few materials error message class COM_PR_PUR_1, number 000 ( 'Order unit &1 is not assigned to this product' ) in SMW01 transaction for BDoc type PRODUCT_MAT.

However, i don't understand why we have this error message.

Indeed, in R/3 material master, this order unit is maintained. In SRM, this unit of measure is maintained too and its ISO code also ( CUNI transaction).

I tried to find where this message is called, but the where-used list gives nothing (i guess it is called in a standard BAdI).

I found no OSS note dealing wtih this problem. Nevertheless, i checked all the same OSS note 1049693 - Data cannot be maintained for set type COMM_PR_PUR_1: all is OK.

Any suggestions ?

Our SRM release is SRM_SERVER 5.5 (Support Package SAPKIBKS14)

Hi,

Please follow below steps to resolve issue

"Data cannot be maintained for set type COMM_PR_PUR_1"

In SRM System:

1. Go to transaction code COMM_HIERARCHY

2. Search on Hierarchy

3. Select 'R3PRODSTYP' - Product Subtype

4. Go to Category ID 'MAT_'

5. Go to Set type Tab and maintain below entry.

Set Type: COMM_PR_PUR_1

Position: 10
View ID: PURCHASING

View Description: Purchasing

Hi

While replicating the material master I am getting exactly above error in SMW01. How did it resolve ? Pls guide me stepwise.

Since.it was going to error and as per the system message I checked in SMW01. There I found above error. Next I selected all such error logs & deleted. It gave me one warning (some inconstinecies error) which I ignored. After that I checked SMQ1 of R3 & SMQ2 of SRM. No log

Next I observed a strange thing. Whatever material codes I am creating it is going straightway to SRM without running R3AS transaction. I checked R3AM1, selected the row and cancelled. But still going without any interferrance. Why ? How shall I stop this

You have to deactivate delta donwload for materials.

For this, delete row with Material as Object Name and Delta Download as Load type from CRMRFCPAR R/3 table.
