When approver attempted to approve the PO, clicking on the Approve button, he received an
error indicating that the tax jurisdiction could not be determined
we reviewed the
Purchase Order and was not receiving an error.
I checked the delivery address and noticed that the required +4 for the
zip code was missing. I then went back
and asked the Buyer to pull back the PO and check for the error. The PO was pulled back from approval and the
Buyer was still not receiving any error messaged. Fixed the zip code and the approver was able
to complete approval of the PO.
It is not showing up until the Approver attempts
to approve the Purchase Order. please let me know what would be the possible reasons
