Hi Pablo,

I had a look into the mapping and one possibility is that the mapping is unable to create the target element because the lack value mapping configuration. Could you please check if your TimeZone and LogSys value mapping are properly configured at the Integration directory?

Yes, because the PO send to AN correctly.

When i click on the display queue on this field.

That error seems unrelated with the first post. What is your adaptador's version?

I don't think this is got nothing to do with your Adapter version, but what i see there is difference from Ariel's and your screenshot is , you are not using value mapping.

Pablo's mapping is a CI9 version, not sure which CIX version Ariel is using.

But yes the mapping screenshot provided by Ariel make sense if the ECC is not sending time and time zone it has to be populated by PI using value mapping as the target field is mandatory. But in CI9 version i don't see any such value mapping. Looks like a Bug to me on CI9
