Error in transmission-SC xxxxxxxx (PO xxxxxxxxxx): ME 083 Enter Incoterms 2

Hi SAP Experts,

I'm very new to SAP-SRM and I need help on how to go about this error after approving the Shopping Cart. Please provide instructions on how/which data I need to check. Thank you and greatly appreciate your help.

Hello JV,

Incoterms are pre-defined commercial terms, intended primarily to clearly communicate the tasks, costs and risks associated with the transportation and delivery of goods.

SAP delivers standard incoterms, SRM - SRM Server - Cross-Application Basic Settings- Create Incoterms

As standard the location flag is checked in location, which means if we enter Incoterm1 we have to enter the location in Incoterm2 field.

e.g. FOB Los Angeles

You can find it in basic data tab.

Hi!

In the item details, "Basic Data" tab, there should be a field called "Incoterm Key/Location". Is this field filled?

Is the error happening in rz20 or you see in the SC screen?
