Error in Process in Purchase Order

Hi,

Please help me with issue. I created Low value Purchase Order but the status shows "Error in Process" The PO created for services purpose. In addtion the PO is not shown in ECC.

The PO was created and later item line deleted with 0.00 amount. Then same PO was ammended and additional line was created with the same item and amount.

When I resend for approval I received message that PO is approved but the Status still shows Error in Process.

Please help to resolve the issue.
