Error in Organizational Structure Only One Org

"Hi

In SRM 7 trying to replicate the vendors from backend using TXN-BBPGETVD. But when trying to see in SLG1 log getting the following error.

Error: Error in Organizational Structure Only One Org. Unit Allowed per Backend POrg Purchasing Organisation: 3000 Backend: T90CLNT090

I also checked the vendor whom trying to replicate is not present in SRM. using SE16 table VENMAP.

Can anyone help me in solving the error
