Error in java session / VM_STACK_TRACE when creating SC using BBP_PD_SC_CREATE in SRM7.0

Hello All

We are working on SRM 7.0 where in one of the development i am creating EXTR BUS2121 (Shopping Cart) using FM BBP_PD_SC_CREATE. However i am getting unusual error as follow.

In foreground mode:

when i am calling the FM inside the loop (which has more than 10K records) i am getting error saying "Error in Java session". Please find attached screens shot for your reference.

In Background mode:

When we schedule it in background, the job is getting terminated. While checking in ST22 it says VM_STACK_TRACE (A Java VM stack trace has been created.). I have attached ST22 dump along with screen shot, Please let us know your feedback on this.
