Error in confirmation

Hi,

Due to some system performance issues, all the confirmaiton posted in a particular period (10 hrs) are in error in process status.

In Confirm goods / services tranasaction, status of confirmation is showing as "Approved". But the delete and return delivery buttons are not active in that confirmation. This will occur only when the confirmation is not processed completely.

We noticed that the status I1019 (error in transacmission) is active in BBP_PD, even though ITS is showing as approved. Refer below the complete status.

Status Description Inactiv

HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval X

HEADER I1017 Currently Being Transferred X

HEADER I1018 Transmit to Backend System

HEADER I1019 Error in Transmission

HEADER I1021 Created

HEADER I1022 Approved

HEADER I1038 Complete

HEADER I1044 Confirmed

Is there a way to complete this confirmation, so that the two buttons delete and return delivery will get active? I tried with the FM: BBP_PD_CONF_STATUS_CHANGE with various activities like CFCA, CFCR, DELE, RELB. But it didn;t allow me to process the confrimation.

Is there a way to reprocess this confirmation?

Hi,

Check if there are any errors in Application Monitors.

Check the Idoc status for confirmations in WE02.
