Error in cancling confirmation

Hi Experts,

The User is trying to cancel one confirmation so cancellation number of the got generated but the status is saying in SRM Portal u2018Error in Processu2019 and then user canu2019t do anything with it as everything is greyed out. In RZ20 we have checked the error is showing as u2018Error whilst creating an entry sheet in the backend system 7300126394 510 Entry sheet 1000221212 does not existu2019 .Please guide us what we can do next. Thanks in Advance.

What is your current SP in SRM ?

Note 1019832 - Error when canceling a data entry sheet in SRM

Note 1119499 - Delete service entry sheet: Document remains in status I1017

Note 985179 - Delete button active for backend service entry sheets

SO you can look work around.

try to do cancellation in ECC itself some thing went wrong .
