Error in Auctions with Incoterms

Hi All,

We are using SAP Sourcing 7.0 Application and Iam facing an issue while using the Default incoterm in my Auctions.I would like to list down the steps which i performed.

Created a Project from the Template, and chose Actions->Create Auction from the Project.

Filled the required information in Header ,Schedule and Bidder tab.Added the line item data and incoterm data in the Line items tab.

While saving the document ,iam getting an error saying u201C You cannot view this document (Incoterm) because you do not have the appropriate permission. Contact System administrator and request permissionu201D

Can anyone help on this.

Hi Priya,

I would check the security profiles your account is assigned to. You need at least 'view' access for Inco Term.

To check, go to Setup > System Administration > Security Profile > Select the Security Profile > Access rights tab > Select Master Data. You should see Inco Term.
