Error importing a Vendor From ERP to CLM

Hello Experts,

I am writing regarding a vendor import that is failing.

We do the changes for the Vendor in SAP ECC. I checked that the Vendor is in the ftp folder. (The ftp folder is a local folder that is in the CLM Server). The schedule task that I created try to import the xml file where the vendor is but if i go to the import report the import was not done.

I checked the Background Task Status and i get the next error of the import:

"Data Import Service: File: Vendor_20140217-162952-250.xml is corrupt and cannot be imported"

What could be the reason of this error??

Hello Sebastian,
    Please check the following..

1. If you are able to open the file and see the XML content in Internet explorer without getting any error.

2. If this has worked for you in the past, please compare the XML headers in the Vendor XML file..

3. Make sure that you have the correct version of the PI content installed which is suitable with the SAP Sourcing version.
