error during vm container communication between abap and java

     when I am creating the shopping cart. the error occurs every time I add a item into the shopping cart ?

can you tell me how to solve the problem ?

Hi Charles,

I suspect the VMC is not activated. Can you please request you Basis team to activate the VMC based on the below note and take the system restart.
