Error BBPWS 010

Hello,

when we try to create a shopping cart adding an item of a contract from MDM catalog, the error message BBPWS 010 is raised:

TAG cannot be converted to 10; check units with product 0000000000000000000000000000005000036550.

Do you know why it is displayed?

Hi Carlos,

It usually means the UoM of the product carried from catalog is "TAG", while the base unit of the product in commpr01 in maintained as "10". Since there is no conversion between these 2 units, the error will be thrown when adding item from catalog to SC.

Please check whether this is the case in your system
