Hello, I am currently working on Ariba to ERP integration and issue we are having with Master Data. WE are updating Certificate to SHA2 and URLs to Ariba 1-2, and encountering issues with mater data not making it to Ariba. Our architecture for SAP is:
SAP-> SAP BODS->Folder->ITK (ITK sends zipped files through http post to Ariba)->Ariba . We are currently on BODS 4.2 & Data Transfer Tool 11 s2.
We have been getting a handshake error - SR with SAP opened but not much help yet and we are running out of time to meet the deadline given by SAP.

Request clarification before answering.
Can you please confirm if you have the latest SSL SHA2 certificate from the URL : https://connect.ariba.com/ACgo/1,,169928,00.html?bypass=1
An also as far as i remember Ariba supports now TLS 1.2 , in case you need to have the setup with TLS 1.1 then need to get in touch with account manager.
Br,
Manoj
