Hi,

We have cluster configuration like below

NamePublic AddressPort
Regional Clusterreg.abcc.com443
International Clusterint.abc.com443

Now my question is will we be having two different enterprise portal to setup the user ids, reset the password?

https://reg.abcc.com/sourcing/fsenterprise/portal

https://int.abcc.com/sourcing/fsenterprise/portal

Thanks,

Mofizur

Hello Mofizur,

The only way you would have two seperate "enterprises" is if you have more than 1 context.  Typically, having sepearte clusters is just to segment internal and external traffic.  So if you have a single context you should only expect access to the enterprise account internally. That Servlet (FSENTERPRISE) would be (best practice) blocked externally.  If your setup requirements are something diffrent they would need to be explained in more detail.

Hello Gary,

Please forgive me ignorance. I am not sure what di you mean by "single context"

When I use IP address in the enterprise URL it always take me to my international cluster. Is it a default settings?

https://<IP Adrress>/sourcing/fsenterprise/portal

User records are seem to be cluster specific.

Thanks,

Mofizur
