Dear All, We currently have this requirement for shopping cart. The client process enforces saving a shopping cart first before ordering as the user need to carry out Approval in SAP Record Management before the Shopping cart can be ordered. We want the description field on the item level of the shopping cart to be enforced before saving which is used for reporting in SAP Record Management. I have configured this on the personalization and it work only if the user clicks on the 'check' button before clicking save.
This is what we want to achieve, we want the user to be prompted and also for the system to throw error to enter item level description on clicking on the save button during creation.
