Hi SAP sourcing Guru,
Enable User To Login checkbox was grayed-out for some contacts in Account Management for Vendor Contact in Edit mode.
Does anyone know why this happens?
I was trying to uncheck it, but it was grayed-out so I could not uncheck it.
Any hints will be appreciated.

Hi Namsoo,
You may want to check if the Create Directory Account checkbox is checked. If the account is not created in the LDAP or in UME (depending on how authentication is setup), then the Enable User to Login checkbox will be disabled.

Hi Namsoo,
Assuming Directory Configuration is configured to use LDAP or UME, whenever a new account is created, the Create Directory Account checkbox should be checked which tells sourcing application to create a account in LDAP or UME depending on how it is configured. If this step was not done, Enable User to Login to be grayed out.
