Enable to surrogate a bid on behalf supplier replicated

hello,

1) I created a supplier on ECC6.0

2) I replicated the supplier from ECC6.0 to SRM

3) In the Business Partner POWL, i open "Bidder DATA" tab and i clickes on "Permit Surrogate Bidding"

4) When i try to surrogate on behalf this supplier i have this message:

Error while reading the bidder data; inform the system administration

I have lost any step?

Check bidder has contact person or not?

As when you are clicking on "Bidder DATA" tab and then on "Permit Surrogate Bidding", you have to select the contact person of bidder/ supplier.

To bid as substitute the purchaser must have authorization to transaction BBP_QUOT_BOB.

Please take a look on those screenshot.

I don't know if i  had set a correct contact person or not on the bidder data of supplier.
