I have set up Process Controlled Workflow with Approval option. Now I want to enable the requester to edit few fields if the approver rejects back a line item of the shopping cart. I found note 1277921 which says the approver and reviewer can change the line item details and there is already a sample class and method to enable the same.
I could not find any appropriate method for requester.
Should I implement custom dynamic class?

Hi,
Recall function is available.
When requestor selects edit button, the work item comes back from approver inbox to your inbox and SC is opened in edit mode.

Hi,
I think your Support Package level is old. The latest SP is SRM 7.0 SP09.
Please check this note.

Hi Masa,
Thanks for the note reference. I will implement that note and check.
What I understand is if the user clicks on edit then the approval will get re triggered for all items?
Suppose there are two approvers for two line items and approver 1 rejects first line item and approver 2 approves 2nd line item. Now if the user edits the line item 1 and sends it for approval it will go to approver 2 again for approval. Is there any way to prevent the approved items going for reapproval?
Hi Masa,
Is there any way to check if the document set was changed for type 4 approval ( Item based decision for partial document)?
I have 2 items in 1 set A which was already approved and one document in set B which was rejected, now if the requestor edits the SC of Set B I want to retrigger the approval only for set B.
Hi Masa
The restart BADI documentation says that the process level restart can't be suppressed.
So when a shopping cart is split into multiple decision sets and sent to different approvers,is there a way for the requester to Edit one of the decision sets without restarting the WF for all approvers.
Thanks
Kedar
