Email Triggering for Maintenace Notification in S4 Hana Public Cloud

We have a requirement for email triggering functionality to work center responsible person whenever a maintenance notification is created. 

can this be achieved in standard?

When Production Team Create Maintenance Notifications, That time Mail should be received by maintenance team on the basis of Main Work center. For Example - If Main work center is Mechanical( which is maintained in Equipment Master data) then mail should be received by mechanical team. If Main work center is Electrical( Which is maintained in Equipment Master data) then mail should be received by Electrical team.
