Email notificationon SC conversion to PO

Hi all,

We are on SRM 7 ECS.

When the shopping carts are converted to a PO in Sourcing,is there a way to send an email notification to the shoppig cart requester saying that their PO is ordered with all the PO and SC details?

Hello,

You can configue an alert to be sent whenever a document is completed in SOCO using event SOCO_COMPLETE.

This can be done in SRM alert management (SRM Server-> Cross appl basis setting -> Event and Event schema for Alert management -> Define Event Schema)
