Email Message Template for Supplier through Ariba Buyer Network

Hello All,

if any can help how we can see the template of the email sent to the supplier through Ariba Buyer Network for PO.

We are not seeing any option for the same in our test site under the Supplier Enablement >>> Configuration.

Also please let us know if SR needs to raise to support.

Hi,

If you do not see it, please check if your role has all permissions related to supplier enablement.

Usually mistake that happens is that role gets created with only permissions from the first page and second page is forgotten:

Yes we have the complete Role as an Administrator of the account also related to Supplier Enablement.

But Still we are unable to see the All the Email Messages Templates.
