You can change message directly in SE91 transaction.
But this would be a modification.

As per our client's requirment, they want to change the text of the warning messages
" 'o'in the price field means you are offering this item free " , which popups only if the Bidder is not filling any price for the offered material while responding to the bid.
how can it be done ?
please suggest.
