Edit or assign the Representive Field for the Collaborator in MA

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement in our project to change the "Representive" column in collaborator table from "Purchasing" (Default) to some other Value maintained in the Department VLV.The challenge  is we are not getting the way to get the diffrent values to the User other that Purchasing through config.

Can you Please suggest the approach or any config settings  need to be done.

Hi Ankur,

Try editing the document security template for Master Agreement. There you can decide which dept should the newly added collaborator represent by default.
