EBP-SUS scenarion : xml message not generated

Hi ,

We are using extended classic scenarion and EBP SUS .

Problem : The XML message is not generated in EBP system.

Any idea how to fix this issue .

Note: Problem is only for one PO. No logs found.

Any inputs pls as to how the same should be sent now to SUS.

Hi Ramesh,

If its happnening for only one PO then it might be the reason whether the vendor in the PO didn;t have the classification or the RFC user authorization missed during PO creation.

If its happening for all PO's , then check the interface and also Check note 793669 to debugg the issue.

Hi Ramesh,

open the PO in which you are facing the issue

Goto Header --> Output --> Check document output --> Status

Document output requested via should be : XML

If document output status is not successfully processed, click on repeat output. Hope this will resolve your issue.
