Dumps in SPRO activities

Dumps in SPRO activities SRM 7

SRM 7 .We are getting dumps in SPRO in SRM while attempting to define document types (transaction types). The current ABAP program "/SAPSRM/PDO_MD_FILL_LOOK_UP" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately

cannot be executed.

Please provide the solution. Impact is good enough to be medium.
