Hi Team,
We currently have an issue seems that some users has double business partner IDs that is causing attribute inconsistency errors when they try to confirm, this might have been due to some updates when pfal was run from the back end system.
Is there a way to fix the user accounts?, e.g. map them to the correct business partner ids? delete the wrong business partner ids?

First, I suggest you check the problematic user using report HRALXSYNC and let me know the exact error it has.
Meanwhile please check the important tables such as BUT050/BUT052/ADCP/ADRVP to check if the correct data exists.
You have to also check this user in pposa_bbp and verify the correct BP for this user.
I am afraid that there is no standard report to fix this and I need to analyze the user in the system since the scenario can be quite different before provide the Z-reports. And if this is your production system, I never suggested you run any Z-report to fix this.
