DSN Supplier quotation (RFQ) Integration with S4H 1909 & Supplier Award Process Capability

We are implementing S4H 1909 HEC for wholesale and distribution client. Procurement process integrated with Digital Supplier Network (DSN) tool for RFQ and PO Collboration process. Need to understand the DSN capability on the below P2P process

1. Does Sourcing funactionaity which includes awarding the vendor based on the quotation response included in DSN tool?

2. If DSN is not supporting the supplier award functionality then whats going to be the place for buyer to award the supplier based on RFQ response. Is it S4H Fiori ?

Hey Devi,

Awarding RFQ to suppliers is a feature that is available with Ariba’s sourcing module . Ariba sourcing is not a part of the DSN subscription . There is an option to do something called as quote automation which is basically a quote automation tool for faster supplier identification and execution.

In this case, The awarding of the quote will have to be done in the ERP.
