Hi experts,
I would like to check whether any Help site that I can find out more information about the roles and Permissions in DSN. As Buyer Administrator, there are a lot more permissions that are assigned to it.
I was checking the permission in the system and found that Buyer Administrator has a lot more permissions that what I can assign to a new role. Questions below:
1) Buyer administrator role is created by SAP Ariba and the permissions are assigned.
2) The Buyer Administrator can create more roles for different business needs. Where I can find the explanation of the permissions in the SAP website or we have to test it out by ourselves?
3) For 1 DSN implementation, only 1 Ariba account with buyer administrator rights will be created? Can client request more than one?
Thanks.

Hi TS
1. Correct the AN Buyer Admin role is the first role assigned to the account. This is done during the site setup process. However, the original admin can always nominate a new admin or you can request the change via SR.
2. Please review this content from SAP Help Portal
3. The customer will receive 2 accounts, 1 PROD, and 1 TEST. Both will have 1 user assigned as Admin, This Admin can create "roles" and assign added users to these roles.
Please keep in mind that the AN buyer account is not an environment for daily visits by casual users. It's mainly used for the completion of the connection with CIG, setup of transaction rules, and the Enterprise Account supplier enablement. You can use it also to monitor transactions (troubleshoot) in case of issues.
Let me know if you need more info - happy to discuss.
