Can you please advise how long will the RFQ data be retained in Ariba Discovery? What's the oldest data that can be viewed by the buyer? Thanks

As per the link provided, "If you choose to not opt in for data deletion, documents aren’t deleted.". Then does it mean that the data will be retained in the system for a long time? So users can still search and access for data that is older than 20 years or more? Thanks

Can anyone confirmed if the data deletion is not activated then does it mean that data including RFQ attachments will be retained in the system and can still be searched by buyers for a longer period of time? thanks

The feature mentioned above deletes transaction data and associated attachments. Based on this statement ""If you choose to not opt in for data deletion, documents aren’t deleted." its safe to assume that the data will be available for the duration of the contract , if the buyer does not opt in for data deletion . Once a contract has terminated the data will be deleted.
