DSN - Order Enquiry - Failed Status- Bad Request and Error COde "400" in CIG

Dear,

I encounter following fail status when sending out from SAP S/4 HANA an order enquiry (MAHN and/or AUFB output type) to Ariba network. I don't find any relevant document online. Could you please guide me in the right way?

Ariba Network Response is :"Bad Request" and Error Code:"400" and Error Code Response:"Error:Comments has to be included for OSR: 4500001177 Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR-20000000000000003148641019 for more details. Suggested Action : Document Failed in Ariba Network. Error Code : CIG-PLT-00644. Please review the Support Note 189049 (https://support.ariba.com/item/view/189049) for solution

The issue what you explained is related to Ariba and hence, added the Ariba tag to reach right audience

Hi

As per the error, seems like comments are missing either in your cxml or your IDOC/proxy message.

Can you paste the cxml content here so we can take a look?

Hey Cindy,

This link https://support.ariba.com/Item/view/177338 seems to have a resolution to the error you are encountering . Are you trying to integrate a supplier backend with the network using CIG?

The 189049 support note doesn't help me.

Could you please help me/direct me in de right direction?
