Hi Experts,
For the business scenario where service provided by the supplier is lower than the PO cost, how can supplier edit and change the Unit Price in the Invoice?
There is a invoicing rule “Allow suppliers to change the unit price” but this is only applicable for material PO.
This rule does not apply to invoice lines based on service sheets, where the unit price is always based on the service sheet and is never editable on the invoice.
So if we have that standard process wherein we can only change the Unit Price on the SES then how can supplier change it in the invoice if SES is not required or available for low cost service PO.
Is this a standard or expected behavior?
Please advise. Thank you.

Hi Janina,
Another option is to allow for suppliers to create invoices directly from a service PO without creating a service sheet. This is an entitlement to be enabled on the network, if needed email us the Buyer ANID.
Regarding the ability to edit the unit price on the invoice, you will need to test if enabling this feature allows for that.
