Hi Experts,
we have the following case:
We want the supplier to be able to change the item quantity when creating an OC. For this we have set the following rules in the standard transaction rules as shown in the screenshot.
In PO in the backend, we have defined for each item the delivery like this:
- Overdeliv. Tol. with 0%.
- Underdeliv. Tol with 5%.
Once in the supplier account, the supplier cannot send OC with overdelivery. He gets a warning message. That’s great.
However, an OC with underdelivery goes through even though we have set the quantity tolerance of the underdelivery to a maximum of 5%. Unfortunately, he does not get a warning that he is underdelivering.
Here it should get a warning as well, right?
What is the logic behind or what rule do we still need to follow?
I think we need further support with the transaction rule.
Thank you very much in advance.

Hello,
The “Apply line item quantity tolerance to order confirmations” rule is automatically applied to SCC (Supplier Chain Collaboration) Suppliers. To apply this rule for all suppliers following entitlement should be enabled in buyer account: Enforce Control Keys for All Suppliers.
Kind regards,
Jiri
