We are facing the following issues:
As supplier point of view :
We have enabled Network notifications for Ship Notice:
-Ship Notice Failure > Send a notification when ship notices are undeliverable.
-Ship Notice Declined >Send notification when a Declined Document status update request is received.
-Ship Notice Accepted with Changes> Send notification when an Accepted with Changes Document status update request is received.
But still, we are not receiving any notifications through emails. Could you please let us know if there is another setting that needs to be done to be able to receive notifications for ASN?.

This looks like a defect and requires investigation from customer support.
