DSN - Error message when loading Vendors in Ariba Network

Hi team,

I am facing the same error message when loading vendors in Ariba Network in order to start supplier onboarding.

The actions I am doing are :

- Going to Supplier Enablement > Mange Vendors

- Clicking on "Upload" > Vendors

- I enter a name for the wave then I load the csv file completed then I click on "Upload'.

However each time I load this file, I have the same error message which is :

However Contacts field are completed and I do not have the field "Company" in the file.

I have loaded the same file completed in TEST Ariba Network and I have no error message (however the screens are different in test).

Do you know the root cause of the error message?

I found the answer : Template downloaded in test & production are different (no "Inviter Contact" "Inviter Company" fields).

So we have to download the production version to complete it and to load it in production.
