Hi Experts,
when cancelling an invoice on AN we've got the following INV number. On AN, there were no problems with the exchange of documents. Statuses are OK.
But on CIG an error appeared concerning the cancellation of the invoice with the following number.
We are clueless why the error appeared, although on AN everything was OK.

regarding your recommended doc, we have already generated the interfaces a month ago and we think that was correct.

Which interfaces do we still need to consider ?

The error indicates that the targeted interface is not ready to handle the request either because it's inactive or was not generated correctly.Please follow below resolution and let us know if this helped resolve the issue. If it does, Please upvote the solution.
Generate the inbound Document Status Update interface through the Ariba Network Interface Setup for Web Service option from Tcode SPRO in your SAP ERP system. For more details, please refer to steps mentioned in CIG configuration guide section How to configure the connections to send messages.
