DOC-81: The document was resent for tax compliance

Hi Experts

I would like to ask for your insights, We are facing the following issues while a supplier is submitted their invoices throughout Ariba Network-DSN in Test Mode:

DOC-81: The document was resent for tax compliance.
DOC-82: The state of document xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx was changed to Failed after unsuccessful attempts to resend it for tax compliance.
DOC-1: Invoice tax compliance failed.

Could you please let us know if somebody is facing the same situation?

Hey Mariana,

This usually occurs when there is a problem between the network and the digital signature service . Is this happening for all invoices or just a subset. If this is happening for every single invoice that is being sent over then you may have to raise a ticket with support on https://support.ariba.com/Connect/Log_In
