Difference Load Balancer Certificate and Certificate CIG?

What is the difference between these items?

1. load balancer certificates (these are used for connection from customer to Cloud Integration Gateway or SSL connection with CIG) - testacig.ariba.com and acig.ariba.com and these do not change.

2. certificates for TEST: testacig.ariba.com will be replaced by aribacloudintegration-test.ariba.com and for Production: acig.ariba.com will be replaced by aribacloudintegration.ariba.com.

The host for CIG in sm59 remains testacig.ariba.com?
