Hi Sunil,
CP is normally a representation of HR data (Name, date of birth and so on) - used for PPOMA.
BP is a representation of business data (Contact Info, Delivery Addresses etc.) - used as reference in Business documents.
CP and BP are linked via table HRP1001.
