Did not find the product category in COMM_HIERARCHY

Hi,

We are using SRM7, I am facing issue after replicating Product category from ECC 6.0.

in R3AM1 for object type "DNL_CUST_PROD1" status is successfull, did not find any que in SMQ1 or SMQ2 both in R/3 and SRM

after successfull while initial load did not find the poduct category in SRM system under "COMM_HIERARCHY"

pls suggest if iam missing somoe thing.

Hi Batchu,

Please check if there is any filter setting active for the product category in SRM. I think R3AC3 is the tcode tocheck that.

Hi Alam,

After activating filter settings then i could run Intial Load using R3AS, and also in R3AM1 the status is success in green.

still i could not see the product categories in SRM.

check COMM_CATEGORY table in SRM , Hope you have entries since you got green

so double confirmed that product category was not transfered . check 720819 note and do it again.

Hope you are downloading T023 table. update here if you made any settings in the filter.

Do you wanna pull all material group in to SRM or only some material group ?

Hi Batchu,

I mean check the fileter criteria and do any material group in ECC satisfy the filter criteria. also check SLG1 log for any materail group replication log. any dump in system will also help .

Hi,

I set the filter for T023T only, but unfortunately i found filter allready set for T023 as well.

i removed the filter settings for T023 and started loading again it is successfull now.

but here i have some product categories with 9 digits, i ciould able to replicatge for 8 digits.

please suggest how to do for 9 digits

Incl/Excl - Inclusice defined Array

I tried with the same above settings for 8 digit P.cat, it was successfull.

when i use 9 digit as above i can see the R3AM1 (Monitor Object) for DNL_CUST_PROD1 is successfull (Green)

did not find any error log in SMQ1/2 or SLG1 or SMW01 or did not find any dumps in ST22,

no errors observed in back end R/3 as well.

please let me know, in case you need any more information.
