Determination of connections to object 'CP' of 'US' 'xxx' failed

Hi,

We have a user that was created in the org structure using USERS_GEN. The user has a BP number in the org structure. When I run a check for this user, I get the following errors:

Determination of connections to object 'CP' of 'US' 'xxx' failed

User xxx is not integrated in the organizational model

I have run transaction BP and there seems to be no issue. I have checked table HRP1001 and there is no entry for this user.

How do I correct these errors? Thank you.

Hi,

1. Determine which CP and US objects should be connected to the person

2. First use USERS_GEN to try to fix it

3. When that doesn't work use transaction PP01 to manually add the correct relations, check HRP1001 for an example for a correct user.

HRP1001 contains the complete organisational structure, so if the data is not there, the user is not integrated into the organisational model.
