Delivery Address tab not being updated

Hi,

I am working with SRM 7.0. We have self-service procurement. A shopping cart is created with all the needed data & sent to the approver for approval. When the approver is trying to change the "Delivery Address" in the SC, no new address is being updated. As in, the search help gives many plants, but if we select any plant & say ok, the new address is not being updated. Instead, the entire data becomes blank, ie, the old data is also disappeared.

Can anyone please tell me the reason for this? Also, kindly give me the name of the class & the exact place where I can insert a break point & know the reason for such behaviour.

In SRM 550 . OK. BUT SRM 700

Note 1415850 - Delivery address removed in SC incorrectly.

Delivery address gets blanked out on selecting a new address from F4 help for a already saved shopping cart with manual address.

I believe you may need to apply this note to resolve your problem
