Deletion of user from SRM

Hi Friends,

I am new to SRM. I am using SRM 5.0 (Classical scenario). I need to delete teh user who has left the company 6 month ago. I have few questions on this.

1) How to check, any open Shopping carts for the users programatically. (Tables used)

2) How to delete the user completely programatically. (Not manually). Any function module or standard program is there to do the deletion?
