Deleted Shopping Cart Cannot be seen

Hello all,

We have an issue that a Shopping cart was deleted and now we cnanot see that shopping cart in system.

Is this a normal behaviour by system, can we see deleted shopping carts, or is there anywhere we can check for such cases, like some Logs etc. Please advice.

I believe you check them in bbp_pd right?

Hi Prashant

end user may not see his cart after deleted a sc but

administartor can see your cart - monitor sc - cart will be available status as DELETED.

Hello Muthu,

One more small doubt, can you please tell me that Role i would need to assign so that i can view the deleted shopping Cart as currently i am not able to see that.
